We at Upayan put our best of efforts to provide you the best possible online shopping experience. Since the products are customized to your need, return of the same will not be possible. However, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to help you in the best possible way.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of Personalised Gifts, to ensure faster delivery, we mostly print your orders on the same of receipt of the order. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. For, Arts and Crafts and Women’s Clothing, we would be able to cancel your order before we ship the product. Please get in touch with us to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated and the mode of payment will be emailed to you. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

  • You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at [email protected] or call at +91- 7595 8197 88 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

  • Non receipt of Payment– In case the payment for the order is not made Upayan will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
